POWERGRID, the Central Transmission Utility (CTU) of India, one of the largest Transmission Utilities in the World and a Navratna Enterprise of Govt. of India.

In the latest job notification, the PGCIL announces job vacancies Engineer posts for its TBCB (Tariff Based Competitive Bidding) Transmission works and Diversion works under Northern Region-I, POWERGRID on a temporary basis, in reference to Advt. No. : NR-I/01/2019/FE.

Under PGCIL Field Engineer Recruitment 2019, candidates completed Degree in relevant subjects can apply.

On the basis of Screening Test and Personal Interview, an applicant for the desired post will be finalized on merit.

Selected candidates will be recruited for a period of 24 months, with salary pay of Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,20,000 per month.

Age Limit:

As of 31.10.2019, the candidate's maximum age limit should be 29  years.

An applicant from reserved and special categories, the upper age limit is relaxed as per Govt. guidelines.

Education Qualification:

Full time B.E/B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical/Civil Discipline or equivalent from recognized University / Institute with minimum 55% marks for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS/ST and pass marks for SC candidates, required 1 year experience.

Selection Process:

On the basis Screening Test and Personal Interview.

Candidates have to pay a fee of Rs 400 through online mode.

SC/ST/PwD/Ex-SM are exempted from payment of Application Fee.
