Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, invites applications for Non-Academic Senior Resident (Adhoc) posts in the Department of Clinical Hematology & Medical Oncology. The positions are purely on an adhoc basis until 30-06-2025.

In accordance with the PGIMER Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with MBBS and MD/DNB in Medicine or Pediatrics are eligible to apply.

The selection for the desired post will be based on merit, determined through a walk-in interview.

The selected candidates will receive a salary as per PGI rules.

Age Limit:

The maximum age limit is 45 years, with relaxations:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• Persons with Disabilities (PwD): 10 years, with additional relaxations for SC/ST (5 years) and OBC (3 years).

Educational Qualifications:

Essential:

• A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part-II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
• Must be registered with the Central/State Medical Council.
• MD/DNB in Medicine or MD/DNB in Pediatrics (for Medical Oncology) from a university recognized by the National Medical Council of India.

Based on a walk-in interview.
