Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, invites applications for Operator (Chemical) Trainee, Boiler Operator Grade III, Junior Fireman Grade II, Nurse Grade II, and Technician Trainee positions under a Special Recruitment Drive for backlog vacancies in SC, ST, and OBC (NCL) categories. These posts fall under the unionized category and are based across RCF’s manufacturing units.

As per the RCFL Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with qualifications including B.Sc. in Chemistry, Physics or Nursing, SSC, or Diploma in relevant Engineering disciplines (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation) and prescribed post-qualification experience are eligible to apply.

The selection process includes a computer-based online test followed by a skill test, which is qualifying in nature. Final merit will be prepared based on the marks secured in the online test.

Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary between ₹37,800 and ₹46,200 plus HRA. During training, a stipend of ₹22,000 per month will be provided.

Name of the Posts

Educational Qualifications

Operator (Chemical) Trainee:
B.Sc. (Chemistry) with Physics as one subject and NCVT AO(CP) OR Diploma in Chemical Engineering (regular/sandwich pattern) with 1-year BOAT training completed after graduation.

Boiler Operator Grade III:
SSC pass with valid Second Class Boiler Attendant competency certificate or equivalent (endorsement from appropriate authority) and minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in boiler operation.

Junior Fireman Grade II:
SSC with a 6-month fireman certificate from SFTC/government-recognized institute and minimum 1-year experience in industrial firefighting. Must possess a valid heavy motor vehicle driving license.

Nurse Grade II:
HSC with 3-year General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) OR B.Sc. (Nursing), with at least 2 years of experience in a 20-bed hospital including operation theatre duties. Must have valid State/Central Nursing Council registration.

Technician (Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical) Trainee:
Three-year Diploma or Sandwich Diploma in relevant engineering branch (Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical) with 1-year BOAT training completed post-diploma. Instrumentation candidates may also apply with B.Sc. (Physics) and NCVT in IM(CP).

Age Limits (as on 01-02-2025)

• SC/ST: Up to 35 years
• OBC (NCL): Up to 33 years
• Nurse (SC): Up to 36 years
• Additional 5 years for Ex-Servicemen / dependents of 1984 riot victims

• No fee for SC/ST/Female/Ex-Servicemen candidates
