Role:

• ​As Jenkins DevOps Operation Engineer, you will report to the DevOps Team Lead, and will be responsible for accommodate and anticipate the Jenkins Administration needs, providing support, infrastructure and deployment automation, and technical guidance as needed.
• In addition, we constantly look for ways to improve the Developer experience, for our Tools as-a-service and OnPrem/Cloud release infrastructure, and automation.
• As part of the DevOps group, you will provide technical guidance and infrastructure education to developers, ensuring best practices are followed while their needs are met. This includes modern infrastructure as code (IaC) approaches, CI\CD pipelines and coding standards.
• Strong experience with Jenkins tool installation, configuration and administration in Cloud environment.
• Install and configure Jenkins plugins.
• Strong experience with SCM methodologies especially Git.
• At least 3+ years of experience of using build tools and building CI/CD processes in Jenkins, GitLab or similar.
• At least 3+ years of hands-on proven experience as an Infrastructure, DevOps, or GitOps engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as a Code tools (Terraform, Cloud formation)
• Experience in deployments on Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud – AWS, GCP, Azure. AWS preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux OS and networking.
• Hands-on experience in scripting (Python/Groovy/Bash/GO).
• Experience managing/owning a Kubernetes-based platform and clusters in a production environment will be added advantage.
