South Eastern Railway, one of the Indian Railway Zone, headquartered at Garden Reach, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

In the latest employment notification, the SER Railways announces job vacancies for Trade Apprentice posts to fill 1785 vacancies for the year 2018-19, with work location at a workshop, loco shed for its divisions.

Under South Eastern Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2020, candidates completed 10th+ITI in relevant trade with a good academic record can apply.

On the basis of Qualifying Exam Marks, Document Verification and Medical Fitness, an applicant for the announced vacancy will be finalized on merit.

Selected candidate on merit, will undergo apprenticeship training, with a stipend provided as per guidelines.

Age Limit:

As on 01-01-2018, candidate age limit should be 15 to 24 years.

An applicant from reserved and special categories, the upper age limit is relaxed as per Govt. guidelines.

Education Qualification:

Should complete 10th class with minimum qualification marks of 50% + ITI in relevant trade from a recognized university/institute.

Selection Process:

On the basis of Qualifying Exam Marks, Document Verification and Medical Fitness.

Application Fee:

Candidates have to pay a fee of Rs 100 through online mode.

SC/ST/PWD/Women Candidates are exempted from paying a fee.
