State Bank of India (SBI) invites applications from retired officers of SBI and erstwhile Associate Banks (e-ABs) for the position of Concurrent Auditor on a contractual basis. The engagement will be for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years or until the candidate reaches 65 years of age, whichever is earlier.
As per the SBI Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates who have retired from SBI or its Associate Banks as MMGS-III, SMGS-IV/V, and TEGS-VI and have experience in audit, credit, or forex operations are eligible to apply.
The selection process for the position of Concurrent Auditor will be based on shortlisting followed by an interview.
The selected candidates will receive a monthly consolidated compensation, which varies based on the retired grade, with amounts ranging from ₹45,000 to ₹80,000.

Eligibility Criteria for SBI Concurrent Auditor Posts
- Total Vacancies: 1194
- Only retired SBI or Associate Bank officers (MMGS-III, SMGS-IV/V, TEGS-VI).
- Should have preferably worked in audit, credit, or forex operations.
- The officer must have retired from the Bank’s service on attaining superannuation at 60 years.
- Maximum age for fresh engagement: 63 years (as of 18-02-2025).
- Should have a clean service record and no pending criminal cases.
