Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL) invites applications for multiple technical positions—including System/Network Administrator, PKI Administrator, System Security Officer, Certifying Authority Administrator, and Resident Engineer—under the National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI) Project. Appointments are purely on a contractual basis for deployment at different locations in India.
As per the TCIL Recruitment 2025, candidates holding full‑time B.Tech (CS/IT/EC), MCA, or M.Sc. (IT/CS/EC) degrees with relevant professional experience are eligible to apply. Desirable certifications may include CCNA/CCNP, CEH, CISA, CISM, CISSP, and ISO 27001.
The selection process will be conducted through an interview. TCIL reserves the right to shortlist candidates and modify the selection procedure, if required.
The selected candidates will receive a fixed consolidated monthly salary by post, ranging from ₹33,000 to ₹60,000. No additional allowances are applicable.

Selection Process
Interview. Venue and schedule will be intimated separately to shortlisted candidates by email.
Contract Period
- Initial deployment for 3 years; extendable for a further 2 years based on performance and employer requirements.
- Engagement is temporary; no claim for regularization in TCIL/NIXI.
- One month’s notice required for termination.
