• Must have knowledge of Salesforce Data modeling.

Good to Have:

• Proficient in the use or extract of data from Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Informatica/Matillion or any other equivalent ETL tool is desirable.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL is desirable.
• Knowledge of OwnBackup and recovery is desirable.
• Understanding of the SDLC and agile delivery methodology.
• Experience working with databases and data, performing data cleanup, and/or data manipulation and migration to and from Salesforce.com.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with all levels of staff, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to manage own work and multitask to meet tight deadlines without losing sight of priorities under minimum supervision.

Detailed Responsibilities: 

• Analyses the data quality of the sources and lists the data quality metrics of the source systems.
• Knowledge of MDM and Customer data solutions is desirable.
• Involved in the Single Customer View and Customer 360 implementations.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL is desirable.
• Knowledge of OwnBackup and recovery is desirable.
• Responsible for building and maintaining a relationship with business stakeholders and impacted users.
• Proactively identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to the process as it relates to assigned projects.
• Frequently keeps up to date with the latest industry development and technology innovations.
