Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Agentic AI, LLM, and RAG-based applications.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI and Agentic AI deployments.
• Optimize prompts, model configurations, and agent workflows.
• Implement observability, logging, alerting, and performance monitoring for AI systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to models, APIs, tool integrations, and agent orchestration.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Collaborate with architects and AI developers to enhance scalability, reliability, and performance.

Required Skills:

• 3–6 years of experience in AIOps, MLOps, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience supporting GenAI, LLM, RAG, or Agentic AI applications.
• Knowledge of LangGraph, AWS Bedrock Agents, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of GPT, Claude, Llama, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Python, Bash, REST APIs, MCP, and AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with OpenSearch/FAISS, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Neptune, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Understanding of containerization, orchestration, security, and compliance practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence integrations.
• Exposure to self-healing AI systems and enterprise AI platforms.
