Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Communications, invites applications for the position of Chief General Manager (E-8 Scale) in the field of IT and Telecom on a contract basis. The appointment will be for a fixed term, and the position involves leading high-level technical and strategic operations.

As per the TCIL Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates possessing a B.E./B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant disciplines are eligible to apply.

The selection will be made through an interview. TCIL reserves the right to modify the selection procedure if needed.

The selected candidates will receive a consolidated annual CTC of ₹27 lakhs to ₹31.32 lakhs over a four-year contract, based on annual performance appraisals. For ex-Govt/PSU candidates, remuneration will be based on the last pay drawn.

Project management, strategic planning, business development, sales and marketing in Telecom, IT/ITES, IoT, Data Centres, Cyber Security, and allied areas. Knowledge of technologies like 4G/5G, FTTH, IMS, MPLS, SD-WAN, and e-governance projects is preferred.
