The National Centre for Polar & Ocean Research (NCPOR), an autonomous society under the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India, invites applications for the positions of Officer (Procurement & Stores) and Officer (Finance & Accounts) on a contractual basis.

In accordance with the NCPOR Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a Master's degree and relevant experience are eligible to apply.

The selection for the desired posts will be based on merit, determined through an interview.

The selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary of Rs.47600 + HRA.

Officer (Finance & Accounts): 1 Post (UR)

Age Limit:

The maximum age limit for both positions is 50 years.

Educational Qualifications:

• Essential Qualifications:
  • Officer (Procurement & Stores):
    • Master’s degree from a recognized university.
    • 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in government departments/PSUs/autonomous bodies.
  • Officer (Finance & Accounts):
    • Master’s degree from a recognized university.
    • 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in government departments/PSUs/autonomous bodies.
• Desirable Qualifications:
  • Procurement & Stores: Diploma in Material Management and experience in procurement and stores management.
  • Finance & Accounts: Master’s in Commerce/Business Administration (Finance), Inter CA/ICWAI, and experience in finance and accounting.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email to attend the interview.
