In the latest employment notification, the Tamil Nadu PSC announces job vacancies for Archaeological Officer posts in Archaeology Department, Tamil Nadu General Subordinate Service, in reference to Notification No. 33/2019.

Under TNPSC Archaeological Officer Recruitment 2019, candidates completed Master Degree/PG Diploma in relevant subjects can apply.

On the basis of Written Examination Objective Type performance, an applicant for the desired post will be finalized on merit.

Selected candidates will be recruited, with salary pay of Rs. 36,200 to 1,14,800 per month.

Age Limit:

As on 01-07-2019, The candidate’s age limit should be 18 to 30 years.

An applicant from reserved and special categories, the upper age limit is relaxed as per Govt. guidelines.

Education Qualification:

Should complete Master Degree/PG Diploma in relevant subjects from a recognized university/institute.

Selection Process:

On the basis of Written Examination Objective Type.

Candidates have to pay an examination fee of Rs 100 through online or offline mode.
