UPSC Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandants) Examination Recruitment 2018 - 398 Vacancies | Graduation | Apply Now

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) in a latest announcement releases notification for Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandants) Examination to fill 398 vacancies, through Examination Notice No.08/2018-CPF.

Under UPSC CAPF Exam Recruitment 2018 notification, candidates who completed Graduation are eligible to apply for the exam.

On basis of Written exam and other tests final aspirant for the armed police force will be considered.

Of 398 vacancies, through UPSC exam positions will be filled for Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Central Industrial Security Force(CISF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB).

Interested and qualified candidate have to apply through online mode by 21.05.2018.

Eligibility Criteria For UPSC Central Armed Police Forces Exam:

No. Of Vacancies: 398.

Name of Post:

• BSF: 60 Posts.
• CRPF: 179 Posts.
• CISF: 84 Posts.
• ITBP: 46 Posts.
• SSB: 29 Posts.

Age Limit:

As on 01-08-2018, Candidate age limit should be between 20 to 25 years.

For applicants from reserved and other mentioned categories age relaxation is applicable as per govt. guidelines.

Education Qualification:

Applicant for UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandants Exam should completed Graduation from recognized university.

Application Fee:

General candidates have to pay Rs 200 through online mode.

SC/ST/Female aspirants are exempted from paying fee.
