Vizag Steel Plant, its corporate entity Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) announced latest job announcement for the Management Trainee vacancies.

Under Vizag Steel Recruitment 2018 Management Trainee job notification, job applicant who completed Degree, PG/Diploma in relevant disciplines with valid UGC-NET 2018 score are eligible to apply.

The announced vacancies are for Management Trainee (HR) and Management Trainee (Marketing) posts.

On basis of UGC-NET Exam 2018 score in related papers, aspirants will be screened.

And selected persons will be called for Interview.

Recruited person for the desired job will undergo Training for one year and then probation another one year before being completely absorbed into employment. And candidate will receive salary of 20,600/- p.m.

Relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST; 03 Years for OBC(Non Creamy layer) and 10 years for PWDs.

Education Qualification:

For MT(HR) Post: Bachelors Degree (Full time) as well in MBA / PG Degree / PG Diplomain HR Management / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / Social Work (with HR as main subject) from a recognized University /Institute.

For MT (Marketing): Bachelors Degree (Full time) as well in MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma in Marketing Management from a recognized University /Institute.

Note: Candidate should have minimum qualification marks of 60%.

Selection Process:

On basis of UGC-NET 2018 marks applicants will be screened and finalized candidates will be selected for the job on merit score of Interview performance.

General  & OBC candidates have to pay Rs 500 + GST through online mode.

SC/ST/PwD candidates have to pay Rs 100 + GST.
