Educational Qualification:
Candidates should complete MD/MS/MDS/DM/M.Ch/DNB in relevant subjects from recognized university/institute.

General/EWS/OBC candidates have to pay a fee of Rs. 1000 through online.
SC/ST candidates have to pay a fee of Rs. 500 through online.
No application fee for PWD candidates.
