Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., a Miniratna-I public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, invites online applications for various Executive-level positions including Senior Manager (Digital Marketing), Manager (ESG), Deputy Manager (IT & Operations), and Assistant Manager (Operations & Production) across its Strategic Business Units. The appointments are on regular basis at various locations in India.
As per the Balmer Lawrie Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with qualifications such as Engineering, MBA, MCA, M.Sc., M.Tech., or PG Diplomas in relevant fields along with required work experience are eligible to apply for the notified posts.
The selection process will be based on a written test and/or personal interview, depending on the number of applicants and discretion of the organization.
The selected candidates will be appointed in Grades E1 to E4 and will receive a competitive pay package. The initial CTC ranges between ₹13.03 lakhs to ₹24.72 lakhs per annum depending on the grade and location.
