In the latest job notification, BSNL announces job vacancies for ) Management Trainee post for a relevant profile to fill 300 positions on a direct basis, in reference to No. 74-1 (2)/2018-Rectt.

Under BSNL Management Trainee Recruitment 2018, candidates completed B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA in relevant subjects with first-class pass marks can apply.

On basis of Assessment Process (On-line) comprising management aptitude, cognitive & technical knowledge sections, Document Verification, Group Discussion and Interview, an applicant for BSNL MT Telecom Operations post will be finalized on merit.

The selected candidate will undergo training and probation for a period of 2 years including the job training of 52 weeks, finalized will receive salary pay of Rs 24,900- 50,500 per month.

Eligibility Criteria For BSNL MT Posts:

Age Limit:

As on 1st August 2019, Candidate maximum age limit should be 30 years.

An applicant from reserved and special categories, the upper age limit is relaxed as per Govt. guidelines.

Education Qualification:

Should complete Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology degree or equivalent Engineering degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer/IT & Electrical with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) and should have completed the course on a regular full time basis on the last date of application from recognized/reputed Indian Institute/University recognized under Indian Law  PLUS.

MBA or M.Tech. (on a regular full-time basis on the last date of application from recognized/reputed Indian Institute/University recognized under Indian Law).

Selection Process:

On basis of basis Assessment Process (On-line) comprising management aptitude, cognitive & technical knowledge sections, Document Verification, Group Discussion, and Interview.

Application Fee:

OC/OBC candidates have to fee of Rs 2200 through online mode.

SC/ST  to pay a fee of Rs 1100.
