• Provide L1 and L2 Application Support with good Troubleshooting skills
• Experience ready to work in 24 7 Production Support environment 
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Technical knowledge on Unix Linux and Windows operating systems
• Basic Banking Domain knowledge including Trading platforms and Wealth Management and Good knowledge in Temenos Client Link and Charles River Product knowledge 
• Worked in a production support role 
• Good knowledge on SQL and PLSQL 
• Good knowledge on Python and Scripting 
• Release and Deployment knowledge 
• Monitoring skills and should have experience in Dynatrace 
• Quick learner and able to do multitasking
• Good to have experience understanding on Service now ticketing tool
