• Total IT experience of 3 - 4 years working within a large enterprise and 2 to 3 years of experience in SNOW administration and development
• Minimum 2 years of experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules 3rd party integrations
• Good hands-on knowledge and experience of JavaScript HTML CSS AJAX Angular Bootstrap Jelly Script for Client Side and Server Side Scripting
• Good experience in supporting ITSM ITOM Software Asset Management Event Management Performance Analytics Service catalogue management
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills
• Very good knowledge of Web Service Integration SOAP REST
• Basic understanding of the Agile framework
• ServiceNow administration and Implementation specialist certification is plus
