The Central University of Rajasthan (CURAJ), Ajmer, invites applications for Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor positions under direct recruitment in the School of Commerce and Management. The positions are open for Indian nationals and Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) and are governed by UGC norms.

In accordance with the CURAJ Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with qualifications as prescribed by UGC/AICTE/COA/PCI norms are eligible to apply.

The selection for the desired posts will be based on merit, determined through presentations, seminars, and interviews.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly consolidated salary ranging from Rs.57700 to Rs.218200, based on the pay level of the post.

Eligibility Criteria CURAJ Teaching Positions Posts:

Name of the Posts:

Professor: 1 Post (Commerce – SC Backlog)

Associate Professor: 2 Posts (Management – SC & OBC Backlog)

Age Limit:

The age limit for each position is as per Government of India norms.

Educational Qualifications:

• Professor (Commerce):
  • Ph.D. in Commerce with a minimum of 10 research publications and a total research score of 120 as per UGC regulations.
  • A minimum of 10 years of teaching/research experience.
• Associate Professor (Management):
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration/PGDM/M.Com.
  • Ph.D. in Management or a relevant field with at least 8 years of teaching/research experience.
  • A minimum of 7 research publications and a total research score of 75 as per UGC regulations.
• Assistant Professor:
  • Qualifications as prescribed by UGC norms for entry-level teaching positions.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be shortlisted based on qualifications and research performance. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for presentations/seminars/interviews.
