In the latest job notification, Cochin Shipyard announces job vacancies for Technician & Trade Apprentice posts to fill 200 positions on relevant trades, in reference to No. P&A/6(126)/17-Vol-II.

Under Cochin Shipyard Technician & Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2018, candidates completed Vocational/ITI in relevant trades can apply.

On basis of Qualifying Exam Marks, an applicant for CSL Vocational/Trade Apprentice posts will be finalized on merit.

The selected candidate will undergo apprenticeship training for a period of one year, with stipend pay of Rs 6,250 to Rs 7,500 per month.

Age Limit: Age limit will be followed as per Apprenticeship Rules.

Education Qualification:

Should complete Pass in Vocational Higher Secondary Education (VHSE) in the concerned vocation or Pass in ITI in the concerned trade. Certificate/Provisional National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the designated trades that are approved for undergoing Apprenticeship Training.
