• Provide expertise in SAFE and Scrum methodologies to enhance team efficiency and project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.
• Utilize ALM and Jira for effective test management and defect tracking.
• Implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices to align testing with business requirements.
• Conduct thorough SQL and PL/SQL testing to ensure database integrity and performance.
• Develop and maintain test scripts using Java and Maven.
• Ensure compliance with UAF standards in all testing activities.
• Perform root cause analysis on defects and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best testing practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and results.

Qualifications:

• Possess a strong background in SAFE BDD ALM UAF SQL Cucumber Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Maven and PL/SQL.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Have experience in the Telecom domain is a plus.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Show proficiency in automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
• Display the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Be committed to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends.
