CI/CD and Observability Tooling:

• Proficiency with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions to build automated deployment pipelines. Should have experience in observability tools like Datadog/ New Relic/ Grafana.

Scripting and Programming:

• Strong proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python for automation and system administration tasks. 

Problem-solving and Troubleshooting:

• Excellent analytical skills to diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective solutions. 

Communication and Collaboration:

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and security engineers. 

Should have:

Cloud Platforms:

• Familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS) and their Kubernetes offerings. 

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

• Expertise in using Terraform or similar tools to manage cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters. 

Skills Required:

• Datadog, GitHub, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Agile Methodology
