Age Limit:
The Candidates maximum age limit should be 35 to 40 years.
An applicant from reserved and special categories, the upper age limit is relaxed as per Govt. guidelines.
Educational Qualification:
Should 12th/GNM/MBBS/MD in relevant subjects from a recognized university/institute.
Application Fee:
OC candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs. 500 through Demand Draft.
BC/SC/ST candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs. 300 through Demand Draft.
No application fee for PWD candidates.
