In a latest announcement for recruitments under Indian Ministry Of Defence, the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) released notification to fill 146 Apprentices vacancies for Combat Vehicles Research and Development Establishment (CVRDE).

Under DRDO Recruitment 2017 For ITI CVRDE, the Indian defence premier agency is looking for ITI candidates from different technical disciplines for Trade Apprentice posts.

Eligible candidates for the posts will be called for Interview after completion of online registration date. Call letters will be sent to candidate registered mail id.

Selection for the announced posts is based individual interview conduct by candidate, and those who finalized for the Trade posts, will undergo training of 1-2 years and also will receive a stipend of upto Rs 9008/month.

• Mechanic (Motor vehicle): 15 posts.
• Electrician: 20 posts.
• COPA: 35 posts.
• Carpenter: 03 posts.
• Draughtsman: 10 posts.
• Fitter: 35 posts.
• Machinist: 13 posts.
• Turner: 07 posts.
• Welder: 06 posts.
• 10: Auto electrician: 02 posts.

Education Qualification: Candidate applying for the DRDO Combat Vehicles Research and Development Establishment Trade Apprentice vacancies should posses ITI certificate recognized by NCVT institution respective to their application of post.

Note: Candidates with Higher qualification Degree/Diploma not eligible for the announced vacancies.

Selection Process: Applicant selection for ITI Apprentice posts will be solely on Personal Interview score. And it is important for candidates to provided active registered email id and mobile phone number during online application registration, to receive call letter on designated communication channel.

And it is also mandatory for candidates to bring necessary documents communicated in the notification along with print out of online application for interview.

Application Fee: Job applicants need to pay Rs 30/- online during process of online registration for the posts. For candidates from reserved category/Ex-Servicemen/PH are exempted from paying application fee.
