Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Head Office, invites applications for Young Professionals (Law) to assist in litigation management under the Young Professional Programme (YPP). The engagement is on a contract basis for a period of 11 months.
As per the EPFO Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a Law degree (LLB/BA LLB) from a recognized university are eligible to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with LLM, Ph.D., research experience, published papers, and relevant work experience.
The selection for the Young Professionals (Law) post will be based on application screening and evaluation based on educational qualifications, institute ranking, academic performance, and work experience.
The selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly remuneration of ₹65,000.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in litigation management and handle legal cases of EPFO.
- Monitor and maintain case records for tribunals and courts.
- Draft legal documents, petitions, and replies.
- Support EPFO officers and Panel Advocates in legal proceedings.
- Analyze court verdicts for feasibility and implementation.
