Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Bengaluru, Consultant and Young Professional 2025 Job Notification | MBBS/BDS/MD/MDS/Ph.D./M.Sc./MPH/PG | Walk-in

Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) Bioethics Unit, Bengaluru, invites applications for Consultant (Medical/Non-Medical) and Young Professional II (Technical/Scientific & Admin) posts on a time-bound contractual basis for one year.

In accordance with the ICMR Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with Postgraduate degrees, Ph.D., MBBS, BDS, MD, MDS, M.Sc., MPH, or other relevant qualifications are eligible to apply.

The selection for the desired posts will be based on merit, determined through a walk-in interview.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly consolidated salary ranging from Rs.42000 to Rs.110000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Interested and qualified candidates must attend the walk-in interview at the designated venue on 06-02-2025, and submit their duly filled application form along with required documents.

Consultant (Medical/Non-Medical): 2

Young Professional II (Technical/Scientific): 1

Young Professional II (Admin): 1

Age Limit:

Consultant: 40 to 70 years

Young Professional II: Up to 40 years

Educational Qualifications:

• Consultant (Medical):
  • MBBS/BDS with MD/MDS/Ph.D. and at least 10 years of post-qualification experience.
  • OR Retired government employees in Pay Level-10 and above with the required educational qualifications and 10 years of experience.
• Consultant (Non-Medical):
  • M.Sc./MPH/Ph.D. with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Young Professional II (Technical/Scientific):
  • Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences with at least 55% marks and 1 year of relevant experience.
• Young Professional II (Admin):
  • Postgraduate degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks and 1 year of relevant experience.

Selection Process:

Based on walk-in interviews. Shortlisted candidates must bring original documents for verification.
