The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), an Institute of National Importance under the IIM Act of 2017, is inviting applications for the position of Research Associate in the HR & OB area. The role is for a temporary, tenure-based project under Professor Neha Bellamkonda.
As per the IIMB Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a Master’s degree in Psychology or allied areas, or an MBA with an HR specialization, are eligible to apply.
The selection process for the Research Associate post will be based on merit, with shortlisted candidates being contacted for further steps.
The selected candidates will be appointed for six months and will work closely with faculty, PhD students, and research associates at IIMB.
