The Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) is inviting applications for the position of "Faculty Member" on a contractual basis at its Corporate Office located in Mumbai. This exciting opportunity is aimed at serving or retired professionals from the Banking and Finance sectors.

As per the IIBF Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a Graduation, CA, CMA, or CFA qualification can apply for the Faculty Member posts.

The selection process includes a personal interview conducted at the Institute's Corporate Office in Mumbai.

The selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary of Rs.1,25,000, plus allowances as applicable.

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate/CA/CMA/CFA and CAIIB
• Desirable: MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM (Banking & Finance) or equivalent, Ph.D.

Age Limit

• Minimum: 55 years
• Maximum: 62 years (as on 01.11.2025)

Salary Details

Base salary of Rs.1,25,000 per month with an annual increment of Rs.8,000. Additional allowances for accommodation and conveyance may apply.
