Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), a premier B-School under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, invites applications for Consultant (Research) and Consultant (Liaison) positions on a contract basis at its New Delhi Campus. The appointment will be for a fixed term of up to 3 years, renewable yearly based on performance.

As per the IIFT Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a postgraduate degree are eligible to apply.

The selection will be based on shortlisting followed by an interview. Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.1,00,000 to ₹1,30,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Educational Qualifications

• Consultant (Research): Postgraduate degree in Economics or a related discipline with 55% marks.
• Consultant (Liaison): Regular full-time Postgraduate degree with 55% marks. Additional qualifications in Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Hotel Management, or Public Administration are desirable.

Experience Requirement

• Consultant (Research): Minimum 10 years of experience in a Government/Autonomous Body/University/Educational Institution in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in exports/trade, data handling, and analysis.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken) and computer proficiency.
• Consultant (Liaison): Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in liaising, HR, event management, hospitality, PR, or administration.

Age Limit

• Maximum 45 years as of the last date of application.

Contract Duration

• Up to 3 years, extendable based on performance.
