Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), a Fortune Global 500 company and India's largest commercial enterprise, invites applications for the engagement of Apprentices in Technical and Non-Technical trades under The Apprentices Act, 1961, across its five regional pipeline divisions: Eastern, Western, Northern, Southern, and South-Eastern regions. The apprenticeship positions are available at various IOCL locations on a temporary basis.

As per the IOCL Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with qualifications such as 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma or Graduation in relevant fields are eligible to apply.

The selection process for these apprentice positions will be based on merit, determined by the percentage of marks obtained in the relevant qualification.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act, 1961, and the Corporation’s guidelines.

• Domestic Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate Holders)

Educational Qualifications:

• Technician Apprentice (Mechanical)
  • Full-time Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• Technician Apprentice (Electrical)
  • Full-time Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Technician Apprentice (Telecommunication & Instrumentation)
  • Full-time Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation & Control, or related fields.
• Trade Apprentice (Assistant Human Resource)
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Trade Apprentice (Accountant)
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
• Data Entry Operator (Fresher Apprentices)
  • Minimum 12th Pass.
• Domestic Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate Holders)
  • 12th Pass along with a skill certificate in ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’ issued by a recognized awarding body.

Steps to Apply

• Register as an apprentice on the NATS/NAPS portal based on the trade.
• Apply for IOCL apprentice openings via the Indian Oil Pipelines portal.
• Ensure accurate submission of educational details, documents, and valid contact information.
• Submit the online application between 10-02-2025 and 03-03-2025.
