Job Description:

• 3 to 5 years Network Engineer experience in supporting production environment including customer facing or customer support roles 
• Having Azure domain experiences is a big asset 
• Experience with networking concepts including Load balancer Routing Switching and Security
• Experience and familiarity with networking tools ping tracert wire shark etc 
• Understanding geo redundancy CDN and VPN technologies site to site point to site preferred leased line 
• Experience and understanding of the OSI model and related concepts 
• Leadership handle technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations 
• Strong communications skills 
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills 
• Effective polished interaction with the customer to gather information quickly explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue communicate next steps and status and inspire confidence 
• The successful Support Engineer has the drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve difficult customer issues directly supports customers through telephone email and chat services as applicable 
• Demonstrable troubleshooting skills Cross-team collaboration.
