National Institute of Technology (NIT) Silchar, Assam, invites applications for the post of Project Associate-I under the DST-SERB (SRG)-sponsored project titled "Development of Sustainable and Flood Resilient Low-Cost Amphibious Housing System for the Vulnerable Communities in Assam." The appointment is purely on a temporary basis.

In accordance with the NIT Silchar Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with M.E./M.Tech. degrees are eligible to apply.

The selection for the desired post will be based on merit, determined through an interview.

The selected candidate will receive a monthly consolidated salary of Rs.25000, plus HRA as per project/institute norms.
