Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Python-based AI/ML and GenAI applications
• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance solutions using Python
• Build, fine-tune, and integrate AI/ML models, including Generative AI use cases
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Review code, enforce best practices, and maintain high standards of code quality
• Mentor and guide junior developers and contribute as a technical lead
• Drive innovation by evaluating new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Very strong Python fundamentals (OOP, data structures, design patterns, performance optimization)
• Proven experience in AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and model development
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including LLMs and prompt engineering
• Experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and backend development
• Experience with data processing, model integration, and deployment pipelines
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus

Good to Have:

• Prior Tech Lead or Team Lead experience in Python projects
• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring
• Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
