• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Manage Active Directory, including user account management, group policies, and security settings.
• Collaborate with software development teams to integrate Windows services and applications.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
• Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions for Windows servers.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in Windows Server Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory management and configuration.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper V).
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with security best practices for Windows environments.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds).
• Certifications such as MCSA or MCSE are a plus.
