Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities.
• Actively participate in team connects with Onshore and provide inputs.
• Recommend improvements in application to enhance user experience.
• Identify test scenarios and develop manual test cases.
• Identify and track bugs to closure.
• Perform thorough UAT/Regression testing and exploratory testing.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Required Experience and Abilities:

• Advanced knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Knowledge or Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium and having experience or knowledge on Cypress, Protractor or Perfecto mobile testing is added advantage.
• Knowledge on java OOPs concept.
• Basic Knowledge on database queries.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Be willing to help your teammates, share your knowledge with them, and learn from them.
• Be open to receiving constructive feedback and turning it into process improvements.
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skill
