Oil India Limited (OIL), a Navaratna Public Sector Undertaking, invites applications for Drilling Engineer positions on a purely contractual basis for immediate engagement at Rajasthan Fields. The appointments are temporary and involve working in shifts under challenging conditions, including remote locations and "On-Call" duties.
As per the Oil India Limited Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a Bachelor's in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or a Master's in Engineering (M.E/M.Tech) from a recognized institute and relevant post-qualification work experience are eligible to apply.
The selection for the Drilling Engineer post will be based on a Walk-in-Interview, where candidates will be assessed on professional knowledge, personal attributes, and soft skills.
The selected candidates will receive a monthly consolidated salary of ₹80,000, along with additional incidental benefits as per company norms.
