Job Description:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience, Preferably 3+ years of experience in the IT industry, in the Data engineering space
• Strong SQL Programming skills with experience with Python is required
• Exposure to Unix/Shell scripting is a plus
• Exposure to some ETL tools and Scheduling tools (e.g., UC4, Ctrl-M, Airflow) is preferred
• Knowledge/Exposure to Big data Environments (Hadoop/Spark/Hive/ Kafka/HBase/Elastic Search) is preferred
• Background in Cloud computing (GCP, Azure, AWS etc.) is highly preferred
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to learn new tools and business processes
