The Regional Centre for Biotechnology (RCB), Faridabad, invites applications for the positions of Project Research Associate I and Project Associate II under the J C Bose Fellowship project. The appointments will be on a temporary basis for an initial period of one year or until the project’s duration, whichever is earlier.

As per the RCB Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a Doctoral degree or Master’s degree in relevant fields are eligible to apply.

The selection for the desired posts will be based on merit, determined through an online interview.

The selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary of ₹58,000 plus HRA for Project Research Associate I and ₹28,000 plus HRA for Project Associate II.

Educational Qualifications:

• Project Research Associate I:
  • Essential Qualifications: Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) in Life Sciences/Biotechnology.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Research experience in cell biology, molecular biology, and virology as demonstrated by research publications. Experience with high-throughput screening in cultured cells.
• Project Associate II:
  • Essential Qualifications: Master’s degree in Life Sciences/Biotechnology with a minimum of 60% marks and two years of research experience.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of virology and molecular biology, demonstrated through research publications. Experience with high-throughput screening in cultured cells.
