SJVN Limited, a state-operated power company formed under joint venture between the Govt. of India & Govt. of Himachal Pradesh announced new vacancies for the post of Apprentices.

Under SJVN Limited Recruitment 2018 Apprentice Job Notification, candidates who completed Diploma and Engineering in relevant Trade and Disciplines can apply for the post.

Only job applicants from domicile/residents of state Himachal Pradesh are required to apply.

And candidates who already working as Apprentice in any organization or ex- Apprentice are not eligible to apply for the announced posts.

The number of 270 Vacancies was announced for category Apprentices posts includes Graduate Apprentices, Technician (Diploma) Apprentices, Technician (ITI) Apprentices.

Job applicants for the desired post will be selected based on merit, that is calculated from qualifying exam.

Selected job aspirants will under training for period of one year, and will receive stipend of upto Rs 10000/-

No. Of Vacancies:  270.

Name Of The Posts:

- Graduate Apprentices: 100 Posts.

- Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: 50 Posts.

- Technician (ITI) Apprentices: 120 Posts.

Age Limit: As on 10th Jan, 2018. Candidate should have minimum age limit 18 years and maximum 30 Years. For applicants from  SC/ST and other special categories age relaxation of upto 10 years is applicable.

Education Qualification:

- Graduate Apprentices: Applicant should have B.Tech in relevant disciplines in Full-Time.

- Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: Applicant should have Diploma in relevant disciplines in Full-Time.

- Technician (ITI) Apprentices: Minimum 10th Pass and two years ITI course in relevant Branch /Trade or 10+2 level vocational course in relevant branch/ Trade.

Selection Process: Job aspirant for desired post will be selected based on marks he/she scored in qualifying exam alone.

Application Fee:  Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- through online mode. For applicants from SC/ ST/ PWD are exempted from paying application fee.
