Southern Railways, under the Ministry of Railways, Govt. of India.

In the latest job notification, Southern Railways announces job vacancies for Apprentice posts for Carriage & Wagon Works, Loco Works, Electrical Workshop, Railway Hospital/Perambur, and Chennai Division.

Under Southern Railways Act Apprentice Recruitment 2019, candidates completed 10th/12th/ITI in relevant trades can apply.

On the basis of the test/interview, an applicant for the desired post will be finalized on merit.

The selected candidate will undergo training, with stipend pay, provided as per guidelines.

An Interested and qualified candidate has to apply through online mode by 31/12/2019.

Name of the Posts: Act Apprentice.

Age Limit:

The candidate's age limit should be 15 to 24 years.

An applicant from reserved and special categories, the upper age limit is relaxed as per Govt. guidelines.

Education Qualification:

Should complete 10th/12th/ITI in relevant trades from recognized University/Institute.

Selection Process:

On the basis of test/interview.

Application Fee:

Candidates have to pay a fee of Rs 100 through online mode.

No fee is required to be paid by SC/ST/PwD/Women candidates.
