Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges and improve our products and services.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to identify machine learning opportunities and define project requirements.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data sets to derive meaningful insights and patterns.
• Design and optimize machine learning pipelines and workflows for training and inference.
• Experiment with different machine learning techniques, algorithms, and frameworks to identify the most effective approach for specific use cases.
• Evaluate and select appropriate data sets and features for training machine learning models.
• Train, validate, and fine-tune machine learning models using state-of-the-art techniques and methodologies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a machine learning developer for at least 2 years, with a focus on designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with experience in machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A strong portfolio of projects or publications in the field of machine learning is highly desirable.
