• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in an Agile software development environment.
• Develop solutions that support key business needs.
• Engineer components and common services based on standard development models and practices.
• Produce system design documents and actively participate in technical walkthroughs.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and responsibility regarding release goals, including understanding requirements, technical specifications, design, architecture, implementation, unit testing, builds/deployments, and code management.
• Build and maintain an environment that ensures speed, accuracy, consistency, and uptime.
• Collaborate with team members across the globe.
• Interface with users, business analysts, quality assurance testers, and other teams as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in software development.(.Net, SQL)
• Solid experience in building processes, debugging, refactoring, and enhancing existing code, with a focus on performance and scalability. Competency in relevant programming languages.
• Experience with modern deployment practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) models.
• Experience supporting production environments.
• Knowledge of relational database management systems and query languages.
• Exposure to additional programming languages or cloud technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with automated unit testing is advantageous.
• Experience working with cloud solutions will be an added benefit.
