Job Description:

Role: 

• 5-12 years of Functional, Integration & E2E Testing experience
• Hands on experience in End-to-End testing for greenfield/transformation programs involving COTS/bespoke software components
• Ability to self-drive on complete Testing SDLC activities all the way from test design, test data set up, test execution etc. till cut-over into production
• Ability to driving testing with 360-degree traceability across To-be process maps, BRD & solution blueprints
• Strong communication & analytical ability to drive “optimized testing without compromising the coverage”
• Familiarity with Test Driven development to add value for overall program from testing function
• Familiarity and hands on with automated testing, regression suite creating and regression execution
• Test experience on SNOW, RPA, SAP components will be added advantage
• Domain experience HR processes will be added advantage
