In the latest job notification, UPSC announces job vacancies for Assistant Commandants posts in CISF, in reference to No.45012/43/2019-Pers.I.

Under UPSC CISF-Assistant Commandants Recruitment 2019, candidates with required qualifications as mentioned in the notification can apply.

On the basis of Test/Interview, an applicant for the desired post will be finalized on merit.

Selected candidates will be recruited, with salary pay provided as per guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria For UPSC CISF Posts:

No. Of Vacancies: 23 (General- 20, SC-02, ST- 01).

Name of the Posts: Assistant Commandants (Executive) in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF).

Age Limit:

As on 01st August 2020, The candidate’s maximum age limit should be 35 years.

An applicant from reserved and special categories, the upper age limit is relaxed as per Govt. guidelines.

Education Qualification:

The candidates should have completed 04 years of regular service as on 01st January, 2020 in the rank of Sub. Inspector (GD)/Inspector(GD) including the period of basic training and should have a clean record of service till the issue of offer of appointment.

Candidates are also required to route a hard copy of the online-submitted application through proper channel to the CISF authorities at the address: Director General, Central Industrial Security Force, 13, CGO Complex, Lodi Road, New Delhi-110003, for verification and onward transmission to the Commission.
