Key Responsibilities: 

• Participate in requirement gathering, design, implementation, testing, and support of solutions, including feature enhancements, new functionalities, and back-end systems integration 
• Define and manage the resource plan in collaboration with the Architect/Scrum Master/Product Owner, ensuring alignment with the project schedule 
• Plan and drive the technical execution of the project, ensuring the committed scope and timeline are achieved Monitor and report on technical execution progress

Technical Experience: 

• Must have strong proficiency in Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, Data Structures, and Algorithms 
• Need to have a good understanding of RDBMS, NoSQL, Message brokers such as Kafka, Cloud services, Containerization, Container Orchestration, DevOps, IDP, and API Security 
• Nice to have experience with Snowflake, MongoDB, Oracle, Azure Cloud, Batch processing, Spring Integration, and Spring Cloud
