All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Deoghar Guest Faculty 2025 Job Notification | Postgraduate | Walk-in
The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Deoghar, invites applications for the engagement of Guest Faculty in the College of Nursing on a contractual basis through a walk-in interview. The appointment is for the academic session and will not be linked to any future regular employment.
As per the AIIMS Deoghar Recruitment 2025 Guest Faculty Notification, candidates with a Postgraduate degree and at least 3 years of relevant teaching or professional experience are eligible to apply. A Ph.D. in the respective discipline is desirable.
The selection for the Guest Faculty posts will be based on performance in the walk-in interview. Call letters for interviews will be issued via email.
Selected candidates will receive a remuneration of ₹1000 per class hour. Maximum permissible hours vary by subject and program, up to 50 hours (theory) and 50 hours (practical) for M.Sc. Nursing, and up to 15 or 50 hours for B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing based on the subject.

Educational Qualifications
Guest Faculty (Statistics):
Essential: Postgraduate degree in English Literature from a recognized university with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Desirable: Ph.D. in the respective discipline.
Guest Faculty (Psychology):
Essential: Postgraduate degree in Computer Science from a recognized university with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Desirable: Ph.D. in the respective discipline.
Guest Faculty (Sociology):
Essential: Postgraduate degree in Computer Science from a recognized university with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Desirable: Ph.D. in the respective discipline.
Age Limit
Upper age limit: 50 years as on 23-08-2025
Relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC, and Government servants as per Government of India rules.
