Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navaratna company under the Ministry of Defence, invites applications for Deputy Manager and Senior Engineer positions for its Engineering Services (ES) Division, Bengaluru Complex. The appointments are offered on a permanent and fixed-term basis (for a period of 5 years, extendable up to 2 more years) to execute projects at various locations across India.
As per the BEL Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, and B.Arch qualifications in relevant disciplines along with required experience are eligible to apply.
The selection for the desired posts will be based on a written test followed by an interview for shortlisted candidates.
The selected candidates will receive a salary ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹1,80,000 per month, along with applicable allowances and benefits as per BEL norms.

Age Limit (as on 01-03-2025):
- Deputy Manager: 36 years (Relaxation: OBC - 3 years, SC/ST - 5 years, PwBD - 10 years)
- Senior Engineer: 32 years (Relaxation as per Govt norms)
Application Fee:
- ₹600 + 18% GST for permanent positions
- ₹400 + 18% GST for fixed-term positions
- SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen are exempted from the fee
