Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Company under the Ministry of Defence, invites applications for the post of Senior Engineer on a fixed-term basis for its Military Radars - Project at Hyderabad. The appointment will be for a tenure of five years, extendable based on performance and project requirements.

As per the BEL Recruitment 2025 Notification, candidates with a full-time BE/B.Tech degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, or related disciplines from AICTE-approved institutions are eligible to apply.

The selection for the Senior Engineer post will be conducted through a written test followed by an interview for shortlisted candidates.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging between ₹50,000 and ₹1,60,000, plus HRA, dearness allowance, and other applicable benefits as per company rules.

Educational Qualifications

• Full-time BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Telecommunication, or Communication from an AICTE-approved college or recognized university.
• Candidates must have obtained a First Class degree.

Experience (as of 01.02.2025)

• A minimum of four years of post-qualification experience in RF Testing, Digital Testing, or System Testing.
• Hands-on experience in using test instruments like Logic Analyzers, Waveform Generators, and Oscilloscopes.
• Experience in radar subsystems, digital subsystems, RF modules, and field-level testing is desirable.

Age Limit

• Upper age limit: 32 years (as of 01.02.2025).
• Age relaxation will be provided as per government norms for candidates belonging to reserved categories.

• General/EWS/OBC candidates: ₹472/- (₹400 + 18% GST)
• SC/ST/PwBD candidates: Exempted
