In the latest job notification, Cochin Shipyard announces job vacancies for various posts on a contract basis, in reference to No. P&A/2(230)/16-Vol IV.

Under Cochin Shipyard Safety Assistants, Fireman Recruitment 2019, the candidate’s completed 10th/12th/Diploma in relevant subjects can apply.

On the basis of Written/Practical/Physical tests, an applicant for the desired post will be finalized on merit.

Selected candidates will be recruited, with salary pay of Rs. 17,400 to Rs. 18,400 per month.

Fireman: 59 (36 UR, 12 OBC, 6 SC, 5 EWS)

Age Limit:

As on 18.10.2019, the Candidate’s maximum age limit should be 30 years.

An applicant from reserved and special categories, the upper age limit is relaxed as per Govt. guidelines.

Education Qualification:

Should complete 10th/12th/Diploma in relevant subjects from recognized University/Institute, required experience for relevant posts.

Selection Process:

On the basis of Written/Practical/Physical tests.
